Very professional yet friendly staff. Always quick to give practical advice. The housekeeping was impeccable. The hotel is very well located: 15 minutes' walk from the Grande Poste and the Musée du Bardo, and 30 minutes' walk from the Basque Kasbah. The metro is 5 minutes away. The area is very lively yet quiet.
